Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highky organised Administrator to join our successful and established team within our Wales division.
You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of learner documentation and administration to ensure compliance and adherence with funding and awarding body requirements., People:
- Ensure own CPD and professional competency is maintained
- Strive to maintain positive working relationships across the team
- Maintain a flexible approach to support your team and the wider business
Quality & Compliance:
- Keep up to date with and adhere to company, policies and procedures at all times
- Take responsibility for the protection of data in line with policies and procedures
- Commits and contributes to maintaining an effective safeguarding culture and takes responsibility for helping to protect colleagues and learners against any risk of harm, including all types of bullying, radicalisation or abuse
- Ensures all administrative and processing activities are completed accurately and timely
- Ensures learner eligibility requirements are met in line with funding rules and compliance expectations
- Maintains accurate manual and electronic learner records ensuring learner management system and tracking tools are used effectively
- Works to audit expectations of funding and awarding bodies
Stakeholders:
- Establish and maintain strong, relationships with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external
- Promote a positive and professional image of the Company and all of the services it delivers through excellent customer service
- To demonstrate and uphold the company values, creating a great place to work for all
Growth:
- Contribute positively to growth of the business by controlling costs
Requirements
- Prior experience of working in office based administrative role
- Previous exposure to learner management systems (desirable)
Desirable Qualifications:
- Level 2 English and maths
Skills:
- Competent in the use of technology e.g. Microsoft office and learner management/ databases
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Competent numeracy skills
- Planning, organising and time management
- Good communicator, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
