Job description
The Chapter Lead Agile is accountable for defining and embedding the enterprise agile operating model, standards and practices, ensuring effective and scalable agile delivery across the organisation.
- Own and evolve the enterprise agile framework, playbooks, tooling and delivery patterns, ensuring they are practical, proportionate and aligned to a regulated environment.
- Use flow metrics, health indicators and delivery insight to inform prioritisation, remove systemic blockers and improve delivery performance and team effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional alignment between agile delivery, governance, risk and compliance to ensure agile practices integrate effectively with control, audit and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
You are a senior agile leader with experience shaping agile at enterprise scale, able to balance practical delivery with governance, assurance and organisational constraints.
- Significant experience leading agile capability, frameworks and coaching communities across large, complex change environments.
- Strong technical capability in agile methods, flow-based metrics, scaled delivery models and embedding agile ways of working within regulated organisations.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders to adopt effective agile behaviours, remove blockers and improve delivery outcomes in complex, multi-team environments.
