Job description
We are seeking a talented and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead and deliver Muzulu's marketing activities across all channels.
The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Sales Director and be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that increase brand awareness, generate qualified marketing opportunities, strengthen client engagement and support the achievement of Muzulu's strategic growth objectives.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery and requires an individual capable of managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously while analysing performance and delivering measurable business outcomes., Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and maintain Muzulu's annual marketing strategy and marketing plan.
- Align marketing activity with company growth objectives, sales targets and strategic priorities.
- Identify market opportunities, emerging trends and competitive threats.
- Develop campaigns that support lead generation, customer retention and brand development.
- Work closely with Directors, Account Managers and Consultants to identify marketing opportunities.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimise Muzulu's digital presence across all target channels.
- Oversee website content, AEO, SEO, analytics and user experience.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media strategy and content publication.
- Monitor and improve website traffic, engagement and conversion metrics.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Create and manage a content calendar.
- Develop case studies, customer success stories and testimonials.
- Produce blogs, white papers, newsletters and industry insights.
- Collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts to promote Muzulu's expertise.
- Support the promotion of Muzulu products and accelerators, including:
- IFS Cloud implementation and upgrade services
- Managed Support & Hosting Services
- Security Accelerator
- Warehouse Accelerator
Campaign Management
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and performance measurement.
- Monitor return on investment and lead conversion metrics.
- Produce recommendations for continuous improvement.
CRM & Marketing Systems
- Own and administer marketing systems and tools, including HubSpot or equivalent platforms.
- Maintain contact databases and audience segmentation.
- Develop automated marketing workflows and nurture campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements.
Brand Management
- Maintain and strengthen the Muzulu brand.
- Ensure consistent brand application across all marketing materials.
- Manage marketing collateral, presentations, brochures and sales materials.
- Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
Events & Partnerships
- Research and coordinate industry events, conferences and exhibitions.
- Organise webinars, client events and networking opportunities.
- Develop partnerships that enhance Muzulu's reputation and market visibility.
- Evaluate event effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on marketing KPIs.
- Produce monthly, quarterly and annual marketing reports.
- Present performance updates and recommendations to the Board.
- Use data analysis to drive marketing decisions and future investment.
Supplier & Budget Management
- Manage relationships with marketing agencies, designers, copywriters and contractors.
- Ensure suppliers deliver agreed outcomes and value for money.
- Manage marketing budget expenditure and forecasting.
- Support the Sales Director in evaluating marketing ROI and resource allocation., * Contribute to Muzulu's Hive knowledge repository to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Take opportunities to be a positive role model for Muzulu's Vision, Mission and Values.
- Undertake professional development opportunities as appropriate.
- Adhere to Muzulu policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Promote Muzulu in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties required by the business.

The Marketing Manager will be measured against:
- Marketing-qualified leads generated.

Pay: £37,500.00-£52,750.00 per year
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B marketing.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience reporting on marketing performance and ROI.
- Budget management experience.
- Experience within IT consultancy, ERP, SaaS or related technology sectors.
Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of IFS Cloud or enterprise software markets.
- Experience managing agencies and external suppliers.
- Event planning and webinar management experience.
- Understanding of account-based marketing principles.
