IT Operations Specialist

• We will have you support and maintain server and virtualised infrastructure environments.
• We will have you monitor system performance, identify issues, and help ensure high availability.
• We will have you assist with cloud platform operations, access management, and configuration.
• We will have you support incident resolution via the service desk, including user access and onboarding requests.
• We will have you contribute to backup, disaster recovery, and security-related processes.
• We will have you work closely with senior technical specialists and gain exposure to enterprise-level infrastructure.
