• Identify emerging technology routes and options

• Perform first principal engineering analysis

• Drive competitive benchmarking

• Conduct patent & literature reviews

• Define system requirements

• Support technology strategy

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical , Systems, Aerospace or e quivalent Engineering.

• Strong analytical / scientific background

• Experience with technical research methodologies

• Systems engineering knowledge

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• First principles problem solving

• Highly organised and inquisitive

• Strong presentation skills

• Experience with Motors, Batteries, Filtration, Airflow etc
