Job description
- Extracting data from the STW system and accurately uploading it into the Sapphire BigChange system.
- Updating and maintaining records across parallel systems during a period of system integration and automation.
- Performing data entry, data validation and data quality checks to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
- Liaising with field-based operatives to obtain missing, incomplete or incorrect information.
- Supporting customers by providing information and responding to enquiries as required.
- Working closely with IT and operational teams to support ongoing system improvement and automation initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms.
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies.
- Prioritising workloads effectively to meet business requirements and project deadlines.
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative activities as required.
Requirements
This is an excellent opportunity for organised and detail-focused individuals who enjoy working with data, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the development of new processes and ways of working., * Previous administration, data administration or data entry experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience handling large volumes of data.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers, field teams and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience supporting system migrations, integrations or data cleansing projects.

- Location: Pride Park, Derby, DE24 8JH OR Vocun Yard, Stoney Gate Road, Spondon, DE21 7RX
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
- Lunch Break: 30 minutes
- Salary: from £26,500
