Job description
The Counseling Center is seeking an IT Systems & Data Analyst to provide technical support while assisting with data reporting and system analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technology issues, supporting end users, and using data to improve organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, software, printers, phones, and network devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Manage user accounts and system access.
- Support Microsoft 365 and agency software applications.
- Assist with the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and other business applications.
- Create, maintain, and analyze reports to support agency operations and compliance.
- Monitor data accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Work with staff and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.
Requirements
If you're a technology professional who enjoys helping others while using data to improve organizational performance, we'd love to hear from you!, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in computer hardware installation and repair.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
- Strong computer troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
- Experience with reporting tools, Excel, Power BI, or EHR systems is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
