Job description

  • Develop and lead Artis' enterprise AI and digital transformation strategy
  • Identify high-impact opportunities to leverage AI, automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows
  • Champion adoption of tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other AI-powered productivity platforms
  • Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI usage, security, privacy, and compliance
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and determine how they can create competitive advantage
  • Build organizational readiness through AI education, training, and change management initiatives

Transform Business Operations Through Technology

  • Create and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with company growth objectives
  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure technology investments deliver business value
  • Improve operational efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and enhance decision-making through data and automation
  • Modernize enterprise systems, integrations, reporting, and analytics capabilities
  • Lead technology planning for acquisitions, community openings, and organizational growth initiatives

Strengthen Cybersecurity & Compliance

  • Direct enterprise cybersecurity strategy and risk management programs
  • Ensure technology practices support HIPAA, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead incident response planning, disaster recovery, business continuity, and resiliency programs
  • Establish policies governing cybersecurity, AI usage, data privacy, and technology governance, * Oversee clinical, financial, HR, CRM, payroll, analytics, and operational technology platforms
  • Drive system integrations that improve data flow and reduce manual processes
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions that improve resident, family, and associate experiences
  • Enhance organizational reporting, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making

Lead Strategic Vendor Partnerships

  • Manage outsourced IT service providers and strategic technology partners
  • Negotiate contracts, licensing agreements, and service-level expectations
  • Establish performance metrics and accountability measures for vendors
  • Evaluate technology investments for scalability, security, ROI, and long-term sustainability

Requirements

Candidates will work remotely from their home office with the ability to travel up to 10% to our corporate office and/or our communities, If you are passionate about translating AI innovation into meaningful business outcomes, this is an opportunity to build something extraordinary., * 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience

  • Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated success implementing AI, automation, advanced analytics, or emerging technology solutions
  • Proven ability to align technology strategy with business objectives
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, and data governance
  • Experience leading technology initiatives in healthcare, senior living, multi-site operations, or other regulated environments
  • History of influencing executive stakeholders and driving organizational change

AI-Focused Experience We Value Highly

  • Development and execution of enterprise AI strategies
  • Implementation of Microsoft Copilot or AI-powered workplace productivity tools
  • AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, and data management

  • Evaluation and deployment of emerging technologies at enterprise scale, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field required
  • Master's degree preferred

Benefits & conditions

  • Starting salary $190k and up, based on experience
