Job description

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
  • Coach Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy product backlog and prioritize work.
  • Remove team impediments and proactively manage delivery risks.
  • Track sprint progress, velocity, burn-down charts, and Agile metrics.
  • Coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams.
  • Support Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure user stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR) and completed work meets Definition of Done (DoD).
  • Drive continuous process improvements and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Prepare and present Agile delivery status to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Assist with release planning, PI planning (if using SAFe), and production deployment coordination.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 10+ years of IT experience and strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate is an agile leader with a proven track record of coaching Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and partnering with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

This role requires excellent communication, servant leadership, and experience managing multiple Agile teams in an enterprise environment.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams.
  • Hands-on experience working on Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or related Salesforce products).
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale CRM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
  • Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams., * Scrum Master experience in enterprise Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and CRM business processes.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce release lifecycle.
  • Expertise with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for multiple Scrum teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and servant leadership abilities.
  • Experience with sprint metrics, reporting, and forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent).
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other Salesforce certifications).
  • Experience with SAFe Agile framework.
  • Experience working in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps Center.
  • Exposure to API integrations and Salesforce ecosystem best practices.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
