We're seeking an experienced Senior Data & Analytics Project Manager to lead one of the most strategic workstreams within a large enterprise transformation.
Partnering directly with the client's Managing Director of Data & Analytics, you'll help establish structure for a growing organization while driving a portfolio of complex data initiatives. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing priorities, and ensuring critical data and analytics initiatives are delivered successfully.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has successfully led enterprise Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Data Engineering, Data Platform, Data Integration, or Digital Transformation initiatives and enjoys bringing organization and clarity to complex, fast-moving programs.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Data & Analytics workstream supporting a large enterprise transformation.
- Partner closely with the Managing Director of Data & Analytics to establish governance, project roadmaps, priorities, and execution strategies.
- Build structure, processes, and project controls for a newly formed Data & Analytics organization.
- Coordinate approximately 50 cross-functional team members, including business stakeholders, data engineers, data architects, business analysts, analytics teams, developers, and leadership.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and executive-level communications.
- Drive alignment across multiple enterprise initiatives involving Data Integration, Data Migration, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and enterprise reporting.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to support enterprise data architecture, data governance, data quality, data modeling, and analytics initiatives.
- Facilitate executive steering committees, project status meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder workshops.
- Identify risks, remove roadblocks, manage competing priorities, and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on business needs and project complexity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Project Management experience leading large, enterprise-scale technology or business transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience managing Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Data Engineering, Data Platform, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Integration, or Data Migration projects. This is required.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data concepts, including:
- Data Architecture
- Data Governance
- Data Quality
- Data Modeling
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- Data Strategy
- Enterprise Reporting
- Analytics Delivery
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
Preferred Experience
- Enterprise Transformation or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Merger & Acquisition (M&A) integrations.
- Enterprise Data Platform implementations.
- Cloud technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Enterprise reporting, Business Intelligence, or Analytics modernization initiatives.
- Consulting experience leading complex enterprise programs.

You'll be comfortable partnering with executive leadership, influencing decisions without direct authority, anticipating risks before they become issues, and driving accountability across multiple workstreams.
The ideal candidate combines exceptional project leadership with a strong understanding of enterprise data and analytics, allowing them to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution.
