Job description

We're looking for an outgoing, confident technician to join our help desk team, supporting our managed services clients both remotely and on-site.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot computer, server, and network issues remotely and on-site
  • Install and support a wide range of client software
  • Deploy PC, server, and network hardware
  • Manage client networks, updates, and software through our RMM platform
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians on client issues
  • Build positive, responsive relationships with the clients who count on us

Requirements

Microsoft desktop and server operating systems

  • Working knowledge of Azure
  • Router and firewall configuration, including VPNs
  • Computer hardware installation and troubleshooting
  • Network troubleshooting techniques and protocols
  • Common business software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks

Professional skills:

  • Clear, patient communication with clients and teammates, * IT support: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
