Job description
We're looking for an outgoing, confident technician to join our help desk team, supporting our managed services clients both remotely and on-site.

What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot computer, server, and network issues remotely and on-site
- Install and support a wide range of client software
- Deploy PC, server, and network hardware
- Manage client networks, updates, and software through our RMM platform
- Collaborate with fellow technicians on client issues
- Build positive, responsive relationships with the clients who count on us
Requirements
Microsoft desktop and server operating systems
- Working knowledge of Azure
- Router and firewall configuration, including VPNs
- Computer hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Network troubleshooting techniques and protocols
- Common business software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
Professional skills:
- Clear, patient communication with clients and teammates, * IT support: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
