Job description
Warehouse IT support keeps logistics humming by maintaining the wireless networks, hardware, and software that prevent costly fulfillment delays. This includes troubleshooting rugged barcode scanners, managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and optimizing network connectivity for continuous order picking and real-time inventory tracking.
Requirements
Installing, configuring, and repairing computers, peripheral devices, and business software. Deployment and troubleshooting of specialized rugged hardware and label printers built for harsh, dusty, or cold-storage environments .Structured cabling, Wi-Fi access points, and switches designed to eliminate dead zones in massive facilities and ensure continuous wireless coverage for mobile computers. Implementing firewalls, access controls, and data protection to secure connected supply chains and inventory data.
