Job description

The Technical Program Manager will lead the product development team in executing projects aligned with a specified roadmap. Providing critical support for two teams operating under a scrum framework, this role ensures project success through diligent planning and coordination. A background in marketing analytics is preferred for this role.

Daily Responsibilities & Core Activities

Project Planning & Operations: Oversee daily planning and management tasks, including team standups, project tooling maintenance, and meeting

facilitation.

Stakeholder Coordination: Organize and lead program meetings and follow-ups involving engineers, product managers, decision scientists,

business analysts, and business engineers.

Roadmap Execution: Partner with teams to develop and execute tactical plans that support key project objectives and roadmap deliverables.

Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and resolve project blockers and risks to ensure continuous progress.

Requirements

  1. Proactivity and ownership with abstract situations

  2. Proven experience leading projects

  3. Has experience in: Marketing, Analytics, Scrum
