Job description
We are seeking a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor (English/Spanish) to support employees and customer operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment., * Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse employees and customer leadership
- Support employees on the warehouse floor and maintain a visible onsite presence
- Manage attendance, call-offs, and employee communication
- Conduct employee coaching and performance discussions
- Assist with onboarding, orientations, and new hire support
- Address employee questions and concerns professionally and promptly
- Partner with warehouse leadership to support staffing and operational goals
- Help drive productivity, accountability, safety, and employee engagement
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Experience in staffing, warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, or workforce management preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
