Iron Will Ventures is a cleared defense small business supporting the nation's highest-priority hypersonic flight test, missile defense, and launch operations missions. We deliver practitioner-grade technical, program, and acquisition support to DoW customers across the enterprise - including TRMC, MDA, JHTO, and the missile enterprise community., We are hiring a Program Acquisition Manager to support the Program Manager on our missile enterprise program - Missile Enterprise IPT and Weapon System Update (WSU) support out of Crane, IN - by owning the acquisition and business-execution side of the program.
You are the person who keeps the program on contract. Working directly for the PM, you will serve as a trusted advisor to government leadership, providing insight into cost, budget and programmatic decisions - so the PM can stay focused on mission and customer. This is a hands-on execution role on a single high-priority program, with room to grow as IWV scales.
What You'll Manage
- Own the acquisition and procurement execution of the program in support of the PM.
- Manage performance against the program schedule and deliverables (CDRLs/DDLs).
- Track program funding, obligations, and spend; coordinate ODC/materials procurement and invoicing with finance and program leadership.
- Support the PM on acquisition strategy for program teaming and buys and serve as the program's interface with customer contracting counterparts.
- Develop and deliver executive-level briefings and decision support materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years in DoD/federal contracts or acquisition.
- Working command of FAR, DFARS, and OTA authorities; procurement and compliance.
- Track record managing complex, high-value contract or subcontract actions in support of program execution.
- Active Secret clearance; eligible for Top Secret upgrade.
- Ability to work on-site at Crane, IN.
Strongly Preferred
- DAWIA or equivalent contracting/acquisition certification.
- Direct NSWC Crane or defense acquisition-workforce experience.
- Program-support experience on R&D or T&E efforts; familiarity with hypersonics, missile defense, or the missile enterprise mission area.
