• Strong experience in configuring, developing, supporting, and maintaining ServiceNow platforms
• Expertise in implementing and managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure secure access and compliance
• Proficiency with core ITIL processes such as Request Fulfillment, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, and designing custom workflows, forms, and catalog items
• Skilled in designing and handling integrations via REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and Integration Hub
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Schedule Jobs for automation opportunities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews
• Ability to troubleshoot, resolve platform issues, and optimize performance

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with UI Builder for custom workspace creation
• Knowledge of SLAs, OLAs, and compliance standards
• Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Certification in ServiceNow CAD is a significant plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
• Proven track record in implementing secure and scalable ServiceNow solutions

Other Requirements:

• ServiceNow CAD certification is highly desirable
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
• Strong documentation skills for maintaining solution records and technical processes
• Willingness to stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
