Job description
We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Program Manager with a strong background in Cybersecurity and Network Security to lead enterprise security initiatives for a large organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing firewall, network security, and cyber incident response projects while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity and network security projects.
- Manage firewall migration, network segmentation, Zero Trust, and SD-WAN initiatives.
- Coordinate cybersecurity incident response and threat intelligence projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and executive status reports.
- Work closely with security, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Facilitate governance meetings and communicate project progress to leadership., * Hybrid work schedule (1 week onsite, 1 week remote).
- Local Atlanta candidates are strongly preferred.

Requirements

10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience.

8+ years managing Cybersecurity or Network Security projects.

Experience leading firewall migration or network security infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of:

Firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Fortinet, Check Point)

SIEM/SOAR tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, XSOAR, or Phantom

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP security projects.
- Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, Security+, GIAC, or CCNP Security.
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS, SOX, NIST 800-53, FAA, and TSA cybersecurity standards.

- Ability to manage executive-level reporting and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and project execution abilities.
