Your work ensures every product meets rigorous performance and reliability standards before it leaves the factory. You'll design and support automated test systems that enable efficient, scalable manufacturing. By combining engineering expertise with data-driven insights, you'll directly influence product quality, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Be Doing Design, develop, and deploy automated production test systems for drives, power electronics, and PCB assemblies Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions (NPI) and bring test solutions into production Troubleshoot and improve test hardware and software to maintain stable, efficient manufacturing operations Analyze production data to improve test coverage, yield, and overall product quality Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime and enhance performance across manufacturing, * We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; some experience in automated test systems, controls, PLCs, or production equipment preferred
- Experience with test platforms (e.g., NI LabVIEW, TestStand) and programming languages such as C# or C++
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems independently
- Knowledge of power electronics testing, data analysis, and manufacturing environments
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across engineering, quality, and production teams
Benefits & conditions
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000- $90,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
