Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Lead to support multi-level hardware and software integration efforts. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background with hands-on experience in system integration, test development, and verification activities.
Support and oversee integration activities across three levels:
Card/SW Integration - Hardware bring-up and SW/HW verification
Box Level Integration Checkout - Verify I/O functionality across backplane (BP) and chassis
System-to-System Integration Checkout - Ensure boxes function cohesively together
Additional responsible include:
Study system functionality and requirements to determine integration and verification needs
Draft test cases and procedures for each level of integration
Identify required test equipment based on test design (driving BOM development)
Read and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot issues down to the component level
Troubleshoot equipment, test software, or product failures and implement effective solutions
Collaborate with hardware and software design engineers for test design and problem resolution
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred., Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required., Technical background in system/hardware integration
Strong ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into test procedures
Experience with box-level and system-to-system integration checkout
Proficiency in developing test cases, procedures, and equipment BOMs
Experience with communication protocols, including:
I2C, SPI, USB, GPIO, CAN Bus, RS232, RS485, One-Wire
Experience with interface buses such as I2C and SPI
Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot to component level
Thorough knowledge of technology trends with a willingness to champion new ideas and process improvements

While on-site, you will be a part of the Bloomington Engineering site at Bloomington Lincoln Center (BLC)., Target salary range: USD $130,617.00/Yr. - USD $137,760.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
