Infrastructure Engineer

• Administer and support VMware virtual infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain Pure Storage environments.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Veeam Backup & Replication solutions.
• Support and administer Google Workspace environments.
• Assist with AWS infrastructure and cloud-related initiatives.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to maintain a secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and ongoing optimization efforts.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and technical changes.

• 3-7+ years of infrastructure engineering or systems engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
• VMware vSphere / ESXi
• Pure Storage
• Veeam Backup & Replication
• Google Workspace Administration
• AWS (EC2, IAM, VPC, or related services)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Chattanooga, TN.

Preferred Qualifications

• VMware, AWS, Veeam, or storage-related certifications.
• Experience supporting public sector or government environments.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, and DHCP., We're seeking a technically strong, proactive Infrastructure Engineer who can work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
