Job description

This position plays a critical role in advancing enterprise analytics through Epic Cogito, Radar Dashboards, SlicerDicer, and Revenue Cycle reporting. You'll work closely with operational, financial, clinical, and executive leaders to transform complex data into meaningful insights that improve performance, increase transparency, and support strategic decision-making., * Design, develop, and maintain Epic Radar Dashboards that support operational, financial, and executive reporting needs

  • Create intuitive data visualizations that help stakeholders understand performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with business leaders to translate reporting requirements into scalable analytics solutions
  • Develop and support Epic Cogito reporting solutions using Reporting Workbench, Clarity, Caboodle, and SQL-based reporting tools
  • Build and optimize data models, extracts, and reporting structures that support enterprise analytics initiatives
  • Develop and enhance SlicerDicer data models, filters, drilldowns, and self-service analytics capabilities
  • Promote adoption and effective use of SlicerDicer across operational and business teams
  • Support governance and maintenance of analytics datasets and reporting structures
  • Develop Revenue Cycle analytics and reporting solutions supporting Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, reimbursement, claims, denials, and financial performance
  • Create dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key revenue cycle metrics and operational drivers
  • Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights that support revenue optimization and operational excellence
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enterprise analytics and performance improvement initiatives
  • Support analytics innovation and adoption of emerging reporting and data platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience developing solutions within Epic Cogito, including Radar, SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench, Clarity, and Caboodle
  • Strong SQL development and data analysis skills
  • Experience designing dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions
  • Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting architecture, and analytics best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Epic Cogito certifications, including Clarity, Caboodle, Revenue Data Models, or related certifications
  • Experience developing executive and operational Radar Dashboards
  • Experience configuring SlicerDicer models and self-service analytics solutions
  • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle operations, including Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, claims, reimbursement, and denial management
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, or other enterprise analytics platforms
