Job description
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions.
- Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations., ServiceNow platform expertise (development, configuration, integration). Required JavaScript and scripting knowledge. Required API integration (REST/SOAP web services). Required ITSM and ITOM process optimization. Required ITSM, CSM, HAM, and FSM experience Required Agile/Scrum project delivery. Required Technical documentation and system design. Required Troubleshooting and analytical thinking Required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM(IT Service Management), CSM(Customer service management also called PSDS), HAM (Hardware asset management).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
