Job description

Intelegencia is seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer (Technical Lead) to support Careington in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while mentoring development teams and driving best practices. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, Angular, Azure cloud services, and microservices architecture, along with proven experience leading software development initiatives in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, modular, microservices-based applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs, middleware, and backend services.
  • Build modern, responsive web applications using Angular (v14+).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Define and enforce architecture standards, coding best practices, and design principles.
  • Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including schema design, stored procedures, query optimization, and indexing.
  • Develop cloud-native solutions using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and related Azure services.
  • Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Mentor developers and promote a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.

Requirements

  • 10 12 years of software development experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer role.

  • Strong expertise with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.

  • Extensive experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

  • Hands-on experience with Angular (version 14 or higher), including components, services, routing, and RxJS.

  • Advanced Microsoft SQL Server experience, including T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization, and database performance tuning.

  • Strong experience with Azure services including:

  • Azure App Services

  • Azure Functions

  • Azure Service Bus

  • Azure Scheduler/WebJobs

  • Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or Jenkins.

  • Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and enterprise application architecture.

  • Experience working within Agile software development environments.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing Azure DevOps Pipelines.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture and message-based integration patterns, including Pub/Sub, message batching, and dead-letter queues.
  • Experience within the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Experience leading enterprise application modernization initiatives.
