Job description
As the Technical Manager, you will serve as the senior technology leader supporting facility services for a high-profile client with a diverse portfolio of real estate and building types-including broadcast studios, Class A high-rise offices, and customer-facing environments . You'll oversee the implementation, optimization, and long-term performance of critical technology platforms while partnering closely with operations, client leadership, and corporate technology teams.
You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise to ensure technology becomes a competitive advantage for both ISS and our client.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technology workstream during account mobilization and ongoing operations
- Oversee implementation, stabilization, and optimization of enterprise technology platforms
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of:
- ServiceNow (WSD, EAM and/or FSM)
- Zan Compute
- Power BI
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team
- Serve as the primary technology advisor for client leadership
- Deliver actionable business intelligence and executive reporting through Power BI
- Support field operations with innovative digital workflows and automation
- Align technology initiatives with contractual KPIs, SLAs, and operational objectives
- Establish governance, documentation, support models, and best practices
- Identify technology risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the account, You'll work closely with:
- Key Account Director
- Client Executive Leadership
- Operations & Facilities Teams
- Corporate IT
- Data & Analytics Teams
- Technical Support Team
Work Environment

Requirements
We're looking for a collaborative technology leader who thrives in fast-paced service environments and enjoys solving complex operational challenges., * Experience leading technology teams within service delivery or facilities management environments
- Hands-on, player-coach leadership style
- Multi-site operational technology experience
- Enterprise system implementation and mobilization experience
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills
- Experience building, mentoring, and developing technical teams
- Understanding of operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics
- Experience with ServiceNow (WSD, EAM and/or FSM)
- Knowledge of Zan Compute technology preferred
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting in Power BI preferred
- CMMS or Enterprise Asset Management experience
- Facilities Management, Integrated Facility Management (IFM), or contract services experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- ServiceNow and/or Power BI certifications preferred
- Experience in movie, production and broadcast studios

The annual salary range for this position is $114000.00 per year - $139000.00 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the abovementioned range.
