- Ensure requirements are implementation-ready and aligned with clinical workflow, privacy, security, regulatory, technical, business, and operational constraints.
- Own the mechanisms and delivery of requirements with engineering, data engineering, clinical informatics, and vendor teams for assigned scope.

- Identify opportunities for incremental improvement in product execution, ambient workflow design, analytics enablement, adoption support, and delivery processes.
- Escalate clinical, data, compliance, technical, adoption, or capacity risks and trade-offs to the Product Owner.
Backlog Management
- Own defined portions of the ambient clinical documentation product backlog, including features, epics, workflows, integrations, and analytics deliverables under Product Owner guidance.
- Partner with the Product Owner, Tech Lead, architects, engineers, clinical informatics, and operational SMEs to break down work into executable backlog items.
- Support backlog refinement by clarifying scope, dependencies, workflow impacts, data needs, and delivery sequencing.

- Support change management and adoption readiness by translating user feedback into prioritized product improvements and operational enablement needs.
Agile Process Participation
- Actively participate in Sprint Planning, Stand-Ups, Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure stories meet definition of ready prior to sprint commitment and definition of done prior to release acceptance.
- Support validation of completed work to ensure acceptance criteria, clinical usability expectations, and business outcomes are met.
