Job description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential property maintenance. Great communication skills to be able to relay information quickly and effectively to individuals, both verbally and written. General office experience, answering multiple phones lines, helping walk in customers, speaking with tenants, owners and venders, answering emails. Time management is required.
Responsibilities

Coordinate with inhouse maintenance workers as well as indepentant contractors

Proper inputting of detailed information for access to all employees

Timely reporting of follow up on property repairs

Implement preventive maintenance programs for preservation of properties

Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance and repairs

Handle after hours emergency calls and ensure timely completion

Assist with daily operations of general office work
Requirements
This is an office job, administrative and customer service experience is necessary., Work in an office setting - answering phone calls, relaying messages properly, speaking with customers and other employees in precise coherent (polite and friendly) maner

Prior experience in residential maintenance or property management

General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems to be able to assign work correctly and help trouble-shoot problems when calls come in from tenants

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Leadership qualities to guide and motivate a team of maintenance technicians

Knowledge of basic computers and programs like office and google

Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure in stressful situations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
