Job description
Our Carrollton, TX-based client is hiring a UI/UX Designer focused on the discovery, ideation, and development of new digital products in the retirement space and beyond. The UI/UX Designer will guide the digital future of our client's firm by working cross-functionally to test new ideas, pilot solutions, and prepare successful concepts for broader rollout., * Lead the design strategy and define the user experience for new products across web and mobile platforms
- Own the end-to-end product design of digital products from concept to launch across multiple lines of business
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design approaches
- Communicate design concepts, prototypes, and testing insights to key stakeholders
- Research the use of AI-assisted user workflows
- Create specifications and assets for the engineering team
Requirements
- 5+ years OR 7+ years (Sr.) of experience in UI/UX design in business and consumer-facing digital products
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX experience for both web and mobile applications
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design practices
- Strong foundation in customer research, prototyping, and early-stage product development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

This is a direct-hire position working onsite (75 days/year remote) in Carrollton, TX. COMP: Up to $146K OTE (Designer 5+ years of experience) Up to $189K OTE (Sr. Designer 7+ years of experience) WHAT OUR CLIENT OFFERS:
