Archer Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Archer Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of RSA Archer Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modernization initiatives, including Fourth Party Risk Management and SIG 2027 framework implementation. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Archer platform architecture, workflow automation, application configuration, integrations, data migration, and regulatory compliance within the Banking/Financial Services domain. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for RSA Archer TPRM modernization projects.
• Design and implement Third Party Risk, Fourth Party Risk, and SIG 2027 solutions.
• Architect scalable data models across Third Party, Fourth Party, Vendor, and Engagement records.
• Design workflows, questionnaires, approvals, notifications, and lifecycle management processes.
• Configure and customize RSA Archer applications based on business requirements.
• Design and implement Archer security models, access controls, and governance frameworks.
• Lead data migration, transformation, validation, and legacy system decommissioning activities.
• Integrate Archer with external applications, APIs, and enterprise systems using Archer Engage and other integration methods.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, and technical teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, hypercare, and post-production support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and governance requirements.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
