Job description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Lead with expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle PPM, and EPC project accounting. The ideal candidate will lead implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion Financials while driving financial process improvements, system integrations, reporting, and governance for large-scale enterprise projects., * Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, enhancement, and production support.

Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Financials modules including:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)
-
Cash Management (CM)
-
Fixed Assets (FA)
-
Expense Management
-
Tax Management
-
Gather business requirements and design Oracle Fusion Financial solutions.

Configure Chart of Accounts, Ledgers, Legal Entities, Business Units, and Accounting Rules.

Support financial close, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Procurement modules.

Support Project Costing, Project Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Project Accounting.

Manage EPC project costs, capital projects, accruals, commitments, and profitability.

Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and support data migration activities.

Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio.

Perform fit-gap analysis, UAT, end-user training, and post-production support.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with EPC Project Accounting.
- Knowledge of Construction-in-Progress (CIP).
- Experience with Capital Project Management.
- Experience supporting Multi-Entity Financial Operations.
- Experience with Large-Scale Project Financial Reporting.
- Oracle Financials Cloud Certified Implementation Professional or Oracle Cloud ERP Certifications.
- Experience with Agile and ERP transformation programs.
