Job description
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training curriculum for Contentful CMS users.
- Create user guides, training materials, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Conduct instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
- Provide day-to-day support for Contentful CMS and other web applications.
- Assist agencies with website content updates and content management best practices.
- Support migration of websites from HCL CMS to Contentful CMS.
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Perform user journey analysis and support information architecture initiatives.
- Communicate platform updates, enhancements, and known issues to end users.
- Support Agile project activities including sprint planning and user feedback.
Requirements
- Experience developing and managing training curriculum.
- Strong employee training and instructional design experience.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Experience with Contentful CMS.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design concepts.
- Experience with information architecture and user journey mapping.
- Experience using training development software.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Vendor coordination and stakeholder communication experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HCL Web Content Manager (WCM).
- Experience supporting government web platforms.
- Experience with InnovateOhio Platform (IOP) or similar enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of Ohio State Government processes and regulations.
- Experience with Cloudinary, Form.IO, Audience Manager, or Developer Portal., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Design, UX, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience delivering technical training and supporting enterprise web applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Columbus, Ohio.
