Job description
In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to cleanse, validate, reconcile, and migrate critical business data, ensuring the successful implementation of a new ERP system. Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and validate data from multiple business systems and databases.
- Identify duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or conflicting records and perform data cleansing activities.
- Standardize data according to established business rules and data governance standards.
- Perform data quality audits and document findings, corrective actions, and recommendations.
- Compare and reconcile data between legacy and target ERP systems.
- Support data extraction, transformation, validation, and migration (ETL) activities.
- Validate item masters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), inventory records, supplier data, and other operational datasets.
- Assist with migration testing and post-migration data validation.
- Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to resolve data discrepancies.
- Facilitate data review sessions to ensure business readiness.
- Maintain detailed tracking logs, audit documentation, and project status reports.
- Document data quality issues, resolutions, and migration decisions.
- Support ongoing data governance initiatives and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
We are seeking three detail-oriented Data & Migration Specialists to support a large-scale ERP implementation and business transformation initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong data analysis, Excel, and ERP experience who enjoy improving data quality and working on high-impact projects., * Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience in data cleansing, data migration, master data management, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
- Power Query
- Filtering and data analysis
- Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or system conversions.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SAP, Oracle, Visual, EPDM, or similar platforms.
- Manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain experience.
- Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs), inventory management, supplier records, item masters, and production data.
- Understanding of data governance and master data management best practices.
