Job description

We are hiring a Customer Support Technician to provide onsite and remote IT support in a State/Government environment. This role supports desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Office 365, and Windows systems while delivering excellent customer service., * Provide Tier 1 onsite and remote IT support.

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Manage user accounts using Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
  • Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other conferencing tools.
  • Maintain IT assets and documentation.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
  • Travel to nearby locations as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • State or Government IT support experience is required.
  • 0-2 years of IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Boca Raton, FL., * Do you have experience providing IT support in a State or Government agency? If yes, please specify in which project on your resume.
  • How many years of Desktop Support or IT Help Desk experience do you have?
  • Do you have experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365?
  • Have you worked with Active Directory for user account management and password resets? Please specify in which projects, department or companies?
  • Have you used Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)? Where have you used it?
  • Have you supported desktop hardware, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices? Specify in years.
