Job Summary: We are representing a company seeking a detail-driven data professional to support reporting, analysis, and process improvement across licensing and branding operations. This role will help transform legacy database and reporting workflows into more efficient solutions while delivering accurate insights that support day-to-day decision-making. Responsibilities
- Transition database solutions from an Access-based environment to a SQL-based data mart while supporting data integrity and performance.
- Design, develop, and maintain databases that support data tracking, reporting, and analytical needs.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI and use SQL to analyze complex data sets.
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests, document data processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a business analysis role with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills, advanced data visualization knowledge, familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes, and the ability to work independently and multi-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and social skills, critical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail., * Mid level role over all experience targeted 5 to 8 years of experience
