Job description
We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in Agile environments and Salesforce projects to support multiple business initiatives. This role requires a strong communicator who can manage cross-functional teams, drive project execution, and lead organizational change using ADKAR principles. The ideal candidate is adaptable, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident presenting project updates to executive leadership. Responsibilities Manage projects from initiation through delivery in an Agile environment. Lead change management activities using the ADKAR framework. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum teams. Track project progress, risks, and deliverables using Jira. Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project execution. Provide clear status updates and presentations to executive stakeholders. Manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing business priorities.
Requirements
2 5 years of Project Management experience in Agile environments. Experience with ADKAR or similar change management methodologies. Hands-on experience with Jira. Experience working on Salesforce projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Scrum knowledge/certification. Strong executive presentation and change management skills. Best regards
