Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team at Jonesbororealtycompany. As an IT Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our company's technology systems. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving our IT infrastructure, identifying and resolving technical issues, and implementing new technologies to enhance our business operations., Analyze and improve our company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to improve their processes
- Implement and maintain new technologies to enhance business operations and increase efficiency
- Monitor and maintain system security and data integrity
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data protection
- Provide training and support to employees on new and existing technologies
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry and make recommendations for their implementation
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported IT issues
- Conduct regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned by the IT Manager
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and cloud-based systems
- Knowledge of data backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies and improving IT infrastructure
- Industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), are a plus
