Job description
As part of our IT team, you'll help support employees with their everyday technology needs, including:
- Respond to employee IT help desk requests and assist with technical issues.
- Help troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
- Set up and prepare new computers and laptops for employees.
- Assist users with Microsoft Office and other everyday business software.
- Work with other members of the IT team to solve technical problems.
- Keep employees informed on the status of their support requests.
- Record completed work and solutions in our help desk system.
- Help monitor computer systems and notify senior IT staff if something needs attention.
- Communicate with equipment and software vendors when additional support is needed.
- Help keep employees informed about technology updates and system changes.
- Learn new technologies while gaining hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Basic knowledge of Windows computers and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Customer service, retail, or help desk experience.
- Technical school, college coursework, or IT certifications (such as CompTIA A+).
- Experience building, repairing, or troubleshooting computers as a hobby or in school.
