Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Role includes Architecting Solutions for Airborne Multi-Function Processors, Display Systems, and Communications Systems. Role includes both pursuit and program execution.

What you bring to the table:

Experience designing and developing embedded hardware/software-based solutions

Collaborative team player eager to provide technical leadership

Exceptional communication, presentation, and influence management skills, with notable record of securing buy-in on concepts and ideas

What sets you apart:

Creative thinker with demonstrated success understanding customer operational scenarios and then using that to architect solutions

Experience in a multidisciplinary team including hardware, software, FPGA and cyber-security experts

Exceptional communication, presentation, and influence management skills, with notable record of securing buy-in on concepts and ideas

Experience defining Ethernet based solutions

Knowledge of open systems standards like SOSA, VPX, OMS and Avionics interfaces.

MBSE Modeling experience and a commitment to learn

Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation, Bachelor Degree

Target salary range: USD $165,362.00/Yr. - USD $174,405.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
