• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 9 years in software/automation engineering, with 2 leading teams or significant technical delivery
• Demonstrated ability to architect agentic/automation solutions and to manage the engineers who build them
• Experience owning delivery commitments in consulting, managed services, or client delivery
• Commercial awareness: estimation, utilization, and scope management

Nice to have:

• Prior managed or professional services experience; pre-sales or proposal contribution
• Deep ServiceNow or platform/cloud architecture background
