Job description

  • Coordinate project activities, meetings, and status updates.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items.
  • Work closely with project managers, consultants, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and follow up on resolutions.
  • Support resource scheduling and project governance activities.

Requirements

Mobolutions is looking for an organized and proactive SAP Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of SAP implementation and support projects., * 5-7 years of project coordination or PMO experience, preferably in SAP or IT projects.

  • Basic understanding of SAP implementation projects is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced consulting environment is preferred.
