If you are a skilled Support Engineer with great customer service, we have a spot for you. You would be responsible for providing technical assistance for our clients; support related to computer systems, hardware, or software, and cloud technology (primarily Office 365 and other Office Products) - but it's all about the people you would be helping. If providing the white glove quality service with excellent customer service while also gaining knowledge of all things IT related is something you thrive on, this is the role for you. You'll respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions, as well as other duties as assigned. Must live within 30 minutes of West Los Angeles. (Client is based in the UCLA area). THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. Must have IT support experience in a professional corporate environment., 1. Provide frontline support by owning assigned support requests via phone, email, portal, and ticketing systems.

Resolve a broader range of workstation, Microsoft 365, SaaS application, printer, peripheral, VPN, basic network, and user access issues.

Perform user onboarding, offboarding, group membership changes, mailbox configuration, license assignment, and standard access requests.

Support endpoint setup, software installation, patching, device troubleshooting, and basic hardware replacement.

Complete standard service requests and approved changes according to documented procedures while maintaining SLA adherence.

Maintain SLA compliance, documentation standards, and utilization expectations.

Maintain reliability, professionalism, ownership, and accountability for assigned work.
Requirements
· Experience with Microsoft 365, desktop and servers, Active Directory, and Azure environments.
· Networking - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, IPSEC, and SSL VPN, Firewalls, and Wireless networks.
· Knowledge of backup, replication, and monitoring solutions.
· Experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
· Must be able to work well under pressure, independently, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
· Certifications or experience with products from VMware, FortiGate, Microsoft, and Cisco.
· Experience with TrendMicro, Veeam, Google Apps, and Apple products.
· Knowledge working for an MSP with remote monitoring and management tools.
· Experience in the design and implementation of IT solutions to fit the client needs.
· Experience in managing Azure Infrastructures, SQL instances, and Azure virtual machines.
· Experience with on-site end user support.
Physical Requirements:
· Stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.
· Ability to lift/push/pull 40 lbs., * Do you have a valid drivers license and reliable car?
