Job description
The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer describes the tools, applications and practices used to analyze an organization's raw data to create insightful and applicable business information. Begin to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Requirements
- Advanced experience working with massive, complex data sets within large-scale modernization efforts.
- Experience analyzing data to architect solutions for complex business problems (e.g., Master Data Management, Identity Resolution, or Semantic Modeling).
- Proficiency in navigating and untangling legacy healthcare data ecosystems.
- Experience defending technical approaches and troubleshooting issues directly with senior and executive leadership.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced in SQL, Python/PySpark, Databricks, and modern Cloud data architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Graph Databases (e.g., Neo4j) and/or NoSQL Document Stores (e.g., MongoDB).
- Expertise in data mastering, probabilistic matching algorithms, and enterprise data governance.
- Deep knowledge of Healthcare Provider Data: Demographics, Contractual Data, and Clinical Networks
Benefits & conditions
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$89,000 - $121,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
