Job description
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Serve as the primary coordinator across development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Remove impediments and help teams maintain productivity and focus.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, technical leads, and development teams to ensure successful execution.
- Manage project reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Promote Agile best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with prioritization discussions and backlog management.
- Monitor team capacity, sprint commitments, and delivery timelines.
- Drive accountability while fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience (hybrid between scrum master, project manager, and product owner)
- Would prefer more of the product owner experience if had to choose)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification.
- Product ownership understanding
- Big on communication skills!
