Job description

The Marketing Technology Manager supports the development, implementation, optimization, and strategic direction of the firm's marketing technology platforms and systems. This role combines marketing, technology, analytics, and project leadership skills to enhance the firm's business development and digital marketing efforts.

Working closely with the Business Development & Marketing team, IT, and external vendors, this individual plays a key role in ensuring the firm's marketing technologies are effectively utilized, continuously improved, and aligned with strategic goals. The role requires a high degree of independence, technical expertise, and the ability to evaluate and recommend solutions that advance the firm's marketing capabilities., * Lead the day-to-day administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the firm's marketing technology ecosystem, including website CMS, email marketing systems, CRM, and analytics platforms.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage system enhancements, integrations, and implementation of new technology solutions.
  • Execute and oversee email marketing campaigns, including building, testing, deployment, and performance analysis, while identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Apply and advance SEO/GEO best practices across digital properties, including keyword strategy, site structure, and metadata enhancements to improve search visibility and performance.
  • Support the firm's CRM system, including upgrades, integrations, and effective use for pipeline tracking and business development insights.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing and business development performance data, delivering actionable insights and ROI reporting to inform strategy.
  • Support website content updates and digital publishing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with firm branding and user experience standards.
  • Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies, tools, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials; provide guidance and informal training to team members on marketing technology tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues, support system upgrades, and ensure seamless integrations across platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing technology processes and standards to enhance team productivity and scalability.
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects related to marketing technology, digital innovation, and data-driven marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or marketing technology, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage marketing technology platforms with limited oversight.
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies, and the ability to evaluate their practical applications.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and website CMS platforms.
  • Experience supporting and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, analytics reporting, and search engine optimization strategies.
  • Proven ability to assess tools, recommend improvements, and contribute to marketing technology strategy and workflow development.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong technical aptitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work with attorneys and staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
