IT Support Technician (VoIP)

• Deploy and maintain a variety of VOIP products and services, both on-premise and cloud-based telecommunication platforms.
• Troubleshooting network infrastructure like cat6 cable, patch panels, network racks, cable trays, etc.
• Troubleshooting networking gear like switches, firewalls, wireless access points, etc.
• Must be comfortable working on lifts and tall ladders occasionally, and crawlspaces occasionally.
• This is in-person at our Meridian, ID office. Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
• After probationary period and competency is established, the technician will have occasional travel to other states and will be part of the on-call rotation which can require night and weekend work., * How many years of experience do you have deploying and maintaining VOIP products and services, including both on-premise and cloud-based telecommunication platforms?

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team deploying and maintaining VOIP infrastructure for our customers throughout Idaho and beyond. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, an understanding of IP networking and IT concepts, and excellent computer skills., * Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and computer operation.

• Valid driver's license.

• Netsapiens, MetaView, Mitel experience and/or certifications are a plus, * How many years of experience do you have installing or supporting network infrastructure (Cat6 cabling, patch panels, network racks, cable trays, etc.)?

• How many years of experience do you have configuring or troubleshooting networking equipment such as switches, firewalls, routers, or wireless access points?

• Do you have experience with any of the following VoIP platforms: Netsapiens, MetaView, or Mitel? (Not required)

• Will you be able to reliably commute to Meridian, ID 83642 for this job? Do you have a driver's license?

• This position pays $18.00-$24.00 per hour and, after the probationary period, requires occasional out-of-state travel and participation in an on-call rotation that may include evenings and weekends. Are you comfortable with these requirements?
