Job description

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support for employees across corporate offices, branch locations, and warehouse operations.
  • Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, shared workstations, and peripheral equipment.
  • Manage endpoint enrollment, configuration, applications, compliance policies, and device lifecycle using Microsoft Intune.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365 applications, and network connectivity issues.
  • Support Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, user account provisioning, and device deployment.
  • Support warehouse technology including RF scanners, label printers, and shipping systems.
  • Utilize PowerShell to assist with scripting, automation, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor endpoint health, security, compliance, and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain technology standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving issues from initial request through completion.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-4 years of IT support experience in a midsize or enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting corporate offices, branch locations, and warehouse users.
  • Hands-on experience providing endpoint administration and troubleshooting support.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a customer-focused technology professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and improving the overall technology experience across the organization.

  • Experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and shared workstations in a multi-location environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint device management.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
  • Working knowledge of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN connectivity, Active Directory, and authentication.
  • Basic PowerShell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting endpoint security, compliance, patch management, and device lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests while delivering timely resolutions.
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite at our Addison, IL headquarters five days per week. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
  • Microsoft or CompTIA certifications are preferred.
  • Warehouse or distribution technology support experience is preferred.

Physical Demands

Work Location

  • This position is based in Addison, IL and requires onsite attendance Monday through Friday.
  • Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this position.
