Job description
UST is searching for an Automation Tester who will design, develop, and own the end-to-end manual and automated tests for assigned releases.
The opportunity:

Create and maintain automation suites using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript), Appium and REST API frameworks
-
Lead and coordinate testing activities for modules, owning quality gates and exit criteria

Drive in-sprint Agile testing and represent QE in sprint planning, estimation, and risk discussions Actively validate user stories within sprint, ensuring early detection

Contribute to automation stability, optimization, and best practices

Use AI assisted testing solutions to accelerate the testing tasks (test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, self healing concepts)

Define and optimize functional, regression and E2E execution strategies leveraging shared frameworks and cloud platforms

Mentor A1/A2 engineers, review automation code, and drive QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement

Requirements

Must have - 5+ years of experience in performance testing with LoadRunner.

Must have - Proficiency in Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and diagnostics.

Must have - Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.).

Basic to intermediate Linux skills (shell scripting, system monitoring, file management).

Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., C, Python, Bash).

Understanding of system architecture, cloud computing, and networking fundamentals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
