Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications.

Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions., * Experience supporting EPC, construction, engineering, utilities, energy, or infrastructure companies.

Oracle Fusion HCM Certification.

Experience managing large field-based or project-driven workforces.
