Job description

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our client's Digital Experiences Technology division. You will help architect, build, test, and deliver features that improve digital experiences. You will lead, guide, and mentor while collaborating with an agile team to deliver best-in-class web applications and coordinate with partners to implement technical solutions., * Lead development of solutions that provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance., * BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience; financial services experience is a plus.
  • Ability to decompose complex business problems into efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to communicate technical needs to non-technical team members.
  • Proficiency with server-side technologies such as Java EE and Spring Boot, and client-side technologies such as Angular 14+ and JavaScript.
  • Experience with enterprise application architecture and orchestration frameworks such as Apache Camel.
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts for SCM, continuous integration, monitoring, and deployment processes.
  • Experience with client-side unit testing frameworks and runners like Jasmine and Karma.
  • Experience with Docker and AWS.
  • Understanding of W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.

Education Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
