Job description
Quality Assurance Oversight
- Perform pre-deployment QA reviews of network device configurations across multi-vendor platforms prior to shipment
- Act as the final quality gate, ensuring all configurations meet established standards and documented processes
- Review detailed multi-step configuration procedures to identify errors, omissions, or inconsistencies
- Provide real-time oversight and technical guidance to engineers during staging and build activities
- Ensure no device is deployed without full QA validation and approval
Runbook & Process Ownership
- Review, validate, and continuously improve technical runbooks and build playbooks
- Maintain end-to-end process documentation from base configuration through final deployment readiness
- Update runbooks in real time based on deployment learnings and issue resolution
- Enforce change control discipline, ensuring adherence to established procedures and proper documentation of exceptions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure process accuracy and standardization
Technical Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain clear, structured documentation that supports consistent execution across teams
- Develop templates, checklists, and reference materials to improve process reliability
- Document system dependencies, data requirements, and workflow touchpoints
- Ensure documentation enables rapid onboarding and effective knowledge transfer
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide clear updates to stakeholders on QA status, deployment readiness, and process outcomes
- Communicate findings, risks, and resolutions in both written and verbal formats
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and operations teams
- Support a professional and structured customer engagement experience
Requirements
We are currently looking for a Senior Network Engineer / Architect to join our team., * 8+ years of progressive network engineering experience

Experience in at least one of the following areas:
-
Runbook development and execution in real-world deployments
-
Technical documentation creation and ownership
-
QA / quality process implementation in a network engineering environment
-
Hands-on background in at least one deployment type:
-
Circuit rollouts (WAN, DIA, cellular)
-
Firewall deployments across multiple sites
-
Router / switch deployments in enterprise environments
-
Strong foundational networking knowledge including routing, switching, VLANs, and WAN technologies
-
Proven attention to detail with a strong quality and process mindset
-
Experience working within structured operational processes and change control environments
-
Excellent written communication and documentation skills

Ability to guide and influence engineers without direct configuration responsibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with centralized network management platforms (e.g., FortiManager or similar tools)
- Familiarity with multi-vendor network environments
- Experience supporting large-scale or multi-site deployments
- Background in standardization, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives
- Customer-facing experience in technical environments
