Network Support Engineer

• Provide 1st & 2nd line technical support via phone and ticketing system.
• Configure and prepare network devices before customer deployment.
• Monitor the network infrastructure and proactively identify potential issues.
• Manage hardware inventory and ensure equipment readiness.
• Support on-site installations for customer deployments when required.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to help deliver high service availability.

• Has a good understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, VPNs, WAN/LAN, and basic firewall configuration.
• Is eager to learn modern technologies such as SD-WAN, SDN, and hybrid connectivity.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Is proactive, curious, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Speaks French and English fluently; Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Holds a driving licence or is willing to travel occasionally for customer installations.
